Shares are available in the five-year-old mare, Bansha Blue. A winner of a point-to-point in Ireland back in February, Bansha Blue could not have been more impressive, coming clear by 17 lengths to justify favouritism in good style. She is by top Jumps sire, Blue Bresil, whose best offspring is Constitution Hill. Bansha Blue, trained by Paul Nicholls, is set to go novice hurdling this season, and we hope to see her on the racecourse this side of Christmas. She is a strong mare with plenty of substance and is likely to go novice chasing in due course.

Fervent is an attractive four-year-old gelding. He won twice on the Flat in Ireland for his previous connections, over 1m2f and 1m4f. A progressive type, Fervent will hopefully continue to improve as he matures. The plan is for Fervent to go juvenile/novice hurdling, but he looks unexposed on the Flat so both options will be considered. Fervent is in training with Warren Greatrex, at his famous Rhonehurst Stables in Lambourn, Berkshire.

Eight-year-old chesnut gelding (Jumps) Trainer: Donald McCain (Cheshire) Shares available for £52
Grand Albert had a good season in 2025/26 and, although he didn't get his head in front, his jumping and confidence improved. His two runs at Haydock, in competitive staying handicap chases, were solid, and he finished the season with a fourth place in the Midlands National at Uttoxeter.
