Dastan
Three-year-old grey gelding (Dual) Trainer: Alan King (Wiltshire) Shares available for £59
Dastan is a very good-looking three-year-old grey gelding. He has run a total of five times and won his first start as a three-year-old (on 19 April 2026 at Munich), before finishing fourth in a Listed race over 1m2f in Germany. Dastan is by French Derby winner Reliable Man, sire of the high-class stayer, Ardakan. His dam, Diajaka, is from an excellent family stacked full of winners, including German Champion Two-Year-Old, Desidera. Dastan is set to join Alan King for a juvenile hurdling campaign, while also having the option of running on the Flat. Alan is one of the best dual-purpose trainers in the country and he has enjoyed a huge amount of success with juvenile hurdlers, most notably the Triumph Hurdle winner and subsequent Champion Hurdler, Katchit. Maximilian
Ten-year-old chesnut gelding (Jumps) Trainer: Donald McCain (Cheshire) Shares available for £45
Maximilian was a top-class novice hurdler before suffering a tendon injury after finishing second in a Grade 1 contest at Aintree. He made an excellent recovery and enjoyed a fair season over fences last term, placing on a couple of occasions. Donald McCain plans to revert to hurdles this season. Maximilian is in training with Donald McCain in Cheshire. Donald has enjoyed a hugely successful career and, as well as winning the Grand National with Ballabriggs in 2011, he has tasted success at the Cheltenham Festival and won many of the season's top races since. Maximilian is a ten-year-old chesnut gelding by Adlerflug. Adlerflug, a high-class German stallion, was a dual Group 1 winner and sired 2021 Arc winner Torquator Tasso and the German Derby winner, In Swoop. Maximilian has a current British Horseracing Authority (BHA) Jumps (Chase) rating of 131 (the average rating is 107).

No Return
Four-year-old gelding (Flat) Trainer: Charlie Johnston (North Yorkshire) Shares available for £48
No Return has been running consistently this year. Trainer Charlie Johnston hopes that the son of Kodiac will soon be able to take advantage of his attractive handicap mark. No Return is in training with Charlie Johnston at his wonderful base in Middleham, North Yorkshire. Charlie Johnston took over the training licence at Kingsley House at the beginning of 2023, having been assistant trainer to his father, Mark, for many years, and named on a dual licence for a short time. Charlie's very first winner as the sole licence-holder came with his second-ever runner, Owners Group's Asdaa. No Return is a four-year-old bay gelding by Kodiac. Kodiac is a record-breaking sire of two-year-olds for the last decade with thirty two-year-old Group winners. No Return has a current British Horseracing Authority (BHA) Flat (Turf) rating of 66 (the average rating is 69).

Fervent is an attractive four-year-old gelding. He won twice on the Flat in Ireland for his previous connections, over 1m2f and 1m4f. A progressive type, Fervent will hopefully continue to improve as he matures. The plan is for Fervent to go juvenile/novice hurdling, but he looks unexposed on the Flat so both options will be considered. Fervent is in training with Warren Greatrex, at his famous Rhonehurst Stables in Lambourn, Berkshire.
