  • Mister Ursus

    Mister Ursus

Four-year-old bay gelding (Jumps) Trainer: Olly Murphy (Warwickshire) Shares available for £49

Shares are available in the four-year-old gelding, Mister Ursus. He was a very successful Flat horse in Poland, before heading to France to continue his career. He won nicely at Nantes on heavy ground at the end of March and looks a progressive type over staying distances. Mister Ursus is by Breeders' Cup hero, Raven's Pass, who was a top-level performer for John Gosden. Now a stallion, Raven's Pass has produced a number of useful prospects, both on the Flat and over Jumps. His best progeny to date includes Group 1 winner, Matterhorn. Mister Ursus' dam, Diamond, is a half-sister to Libran, who won a total of nine races and enjoyed a highly successful career in Australia after signing off in the UK with an impressive win in a York handicap as a four-year-old. Mister Ursus is currently enjoying a summer break at EquiPrep and is due to join Olly Murphy in the coming weeks. Olly enjoyed an excellent Jumps season in 2024/25, finishing fifth in the Trainers' Championship. He was also pivotal in stable jockey Sean Bowen's quest and success in achieving his first Champion Jockey title. The plan is for Mister Ursus to go novice hurdling in the autumn. His versatility, athleticism and liking for cut in the ground are all positives ahead of his new career over timber.

  • Kilnesare Flight

    Kilnesare Flight

Five-year-old bay gelding (Jumps) Trainer: Donald McCain (Cheshire) Shares available for £55

Shares are available in the five-year-old gelding, Kilnesare Flight. At the end of November, in his only point-to-point start in Ireland, this handsome gelding finished a promising second to a horse who has since been sold for £80,000, when jumping well and showing a good attitude. Kilnesare Flight is by top Jumps sire, Malinas (sire of Owners Group's It's Hard To Know). His best progeny include Medinas (Cheltenham Festival winner and Grade 2 hurdles winner), six-time winner Mister Malarky (including Grade 2 novice chase), and Grade 2 winner Black Thunder. As we are having a very dry spring, it looks increasingly likely that Kilnesare Flight will have to wait until the autumn before he can run in a bumper (Flat race for Jumps horses) or novices' hurdles.

  • Len

    Len

Five-year-old gelding (Jumps) Trainer: Paul Nicholls (Somerset) Shares available for £59

Shares are available in the five-year-old gelding, Len. This athletic type has run twice in point-to-points in Ireland, finishing third at Lingstown in November before unseating at the last fence when in control at Oldtown in February, in a race that was run in the fastest time of the day. The lucky winner of that race, Apache Tribe, was sold for £85,000 at a recent Cheltenham sale. The form of Len's first point-to-point race at Lingstown could be strong, with the winner selling subsequently for £320,000 and the second horse winning since. Len is by the Coolmore sire, Wings Of Eagles, who is beginning to make a name for himself as a Jumps sire, having won the Derby in 2017. Len is out of a Presenting mare and is a half-brother to the JP McManus-owned winning hurdler, Intent Approach. Len is in training with Paul Nicholls, who has been crowned Champion Jumps trainer 14 times, and trained numerous winners for Owners Group, including the Grade 1 winning hurdler and chaser, Stage Star. Len is likely to go novice hurdling next season (from October 2025) and looks like a chasing type in time. "Len was unlucky not to win his last point-to-point start, but he's a promising young horse and we look forward to seeing how he progresses over the next season or so." Paul Nicholls

Three-year-old chesnut colt (Flat) Trainer: Charlie Johnston (North Yorkshire) Shares available for £57

Invincible Love is a three-year-old chesnut colt by Territories. Territories, a son of Invincible Spirit, was a Group 1 winner in France, and is from the same family as top-class sire Shamardal. • Fortune Dancer

    Fortune Dancer

Seven-year-old chesnut mare (Jumps) Trainer: Chris Gordon (Hampshire) Shares available for £45

Fortune Dancer is a seven-year-old chesnut mare by Soldier Of Fortune. Fortune Dancer has made a good recovery from a tendon injury incurred in the spring of 2023 and spent time in pre-training to ensure she completed plenty of slow and steady strengthening work. She returned to training with Chris Gordon last summer and has been trouble free since. Chris Gordon was pleased that Fortune Dancer jumped and travelled well on better ground at Huntingdon in February, and she has since been given an open handicap mark of 76, which will hopefully give Chris more options for Fortune Dancer moving forwards. We hope she can soon be given another run over hurdles before going long-distance chasing, as those conditions will likely bring out the best in her.

  • Contemplatemyfaith

    Contemplatemyfaith

Nine-year-old bay gelding (Jumps) Trainer: Olly Murphy (Warwickshire) Shares available for £47

Contemplatemyfaith is a nine-year-old bay gelding by Califet. Califet won at Group 2 and 3 level in France in 2002. He began his stud career in France, where he sired 2019 Grand Steeple-Chase de Paris (Grade 1) winner Carriacou, as well as Grade 1 winners Blue Dragon, Clarcam and Cilaos Emery.

Contemplatemyfaith made an encouraging return to action at Lingfield in December following a tendon injury. He had a minor wind operation in January (2025) and Olly Murphy had hoped that the nine-year-old would progress over fences this term. Frustratingly, the ground became too quick to run Contemplatemyfaith this season. Contemplatemyfaith is currently enjoying a break at EquiPrep and Olly aims to bring him back for an early Autumn campaign.
